Your lifestyle living

Live the lifestyle you have always dreamed about. In the heart of the hiking area, right by the first station of the gondola lift, surrounded by a beautiful, natural environment. Each of the buildings comprises of four separate flours and the last one, which serves the duplex apartments. In order to assure maximum comfort to all inhabitants there are two separate entrances with elevators on both ends of the each building. On the ground floor there are ski wardrobes, service and storage rooms.

There are four types of apartments in the Riverland residences – studios, one and two bedroom apartments and two-storey apartments. All apartments generally consist of an entrance hall, a living room with a dinning area and a kitchenette, a bedroom (or two) and a bathroom (or two).

Contemporary design, high-grade materials, warm and fresh colours. Your Riverland home design combines contemporary living with the unique charm of Rila Mountain scenery and traditions. You can enjoy the magnificent scenery via your French type windows, slightly shadowed by the sliding sun screens on the facades. All property units will be delivered fully furnished, including: kitchen units with appliances, bathrooms with shower stalls and electrical convectors, bedroom ready to rest on and living rooms with flowers on the tables. Property owners will have all the comfort of the big city as cable television, internet and telephone connection as well as 24 hours security control with cameras on the outer walls of the buildings.

Accessories packs

The accessories pack that each owner will benefit of will depend on the type of property units he or she has preferred. Still, a general accessories pack will be available for each of Riverland guests.

Two storey apartments

The two storey apartments will offer to their owner additional space as they have two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower cabin, another with a bathing tube), a panorama terrace and a private sauna.

Super Borovetz project:

19 new pistes 65 km of superb ski-runs New 12 lifts & gondolas One of these lifts will be a multi-station gondola, which connects Borovets to Samokov giving skiiers an easy access to the slopes from Riverland Ski & Leisure Resort. At least one of the new pistes to be constructed will take skiiers back to Lower Borovets, ensuring visitors can ski back home whichever portion of Super Borovets they reside in.

In summer

Summer, sun, forests, woods, mountain peaks, wildflowers – every day the mountain and its splendid nature has something new for you. In the morning you can take the lift to start your hiking tour or to go horse riding, mountain climbing or visit the authentic villages in the vicinity and enjoy the great taste of ecologically clean food the locals will offer to you. The biking enthusiasts will also find great places to have their adrenalin flowing. The other activities that could fill you with great memories are the photo safaris that are organized nearby, hang gliding or collecting wild berries and plants. With your daily concerns and busy pace behind you, you can better get together with your inner self fishing at Bistritsa River.

Golf: Is golf your passion?

It does not matter if your handicap needs a boost or you first need to take a beginners’ course – Super Borovets region is heaven for golfers. There are several golf courses in the immediate vicinity, all within easy reach by car.

• Golf Club Ibar, Dolna Banya (approx. 25 km) - The golf complex is under development designed by Nicklaus design with lead designer Steve Nicklaus. The organisers, Ibar Golf Club, and the local municipality promise that the new golf course will meet the standards of The Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and the Professional Golfers' Association of America. – 18 holes.
• A new, 672,000 sq m golf course, just 2 km away from Riverland Ski & Leisure Resort is to be built by the end of 2009.
• Golf cource Ihtiman, Ihtiman (approx. 48 km) - 18 holes.
• St. Sofia Golf Club & SPA, Ravno Pole (approx. 75 km away) – 18 holes
